Heather Bowen has been with the Fat Man’s Hospitality family since 2015. She manages the Fourth Rooftop Venue and Enterprise Mill Events, and she coordinates all other off-site events. Heather is knowledgeable in every single aspect of catering and event planning, including custom cakes, floral designs and helping you feel your best with her master cosmetologist license.
